I had a fantastic day!Followed my plan, actually have a couple of points left, which i know is not good. But I am stuffed and getting ready for bed, so i can't eat anymore, I am sure I will make up for it sometime soon.
I worked out with my new trainer for the 1st time today, we met at the gym and walked over to a coffee place so we could talk some, go over goals, expectations, etc.... oh and pay!
When we got all the mundane stuff out of the way we went back to the gym and spent the next 30 + minutes working out. She loaned me her heart monitor, I am gonna get one of my own soon. I want the green one from Polar, I have a thing for green! We did a little on the elliptical machine and then some stuff with free weights and stuff. The heart monitor was great cuz it really let me see how hard I was working, once I knew where I should be at, I was able to keep it there. She told me to just concentrate on cardio for the next week til I see her again, unfortunately due to budget constraints I will only be seeing her a couple times a month. I will be seeing her for the next 3 weeks straight, but then just twice a month.
I feel really good, mostly because I did it, I didn't let ANYTHING get in my way.
